Everything you need to know about working with me, the free course, and getting started.
A personal brand combining a buyers agency and free property investing education, built by Blake Deussen a former police officer who built a $10M+ portfolio.
Yes. I work with people from many different occupations, and every client receives the exact same level of service.
No. Initial conversations are free and no-obligation it's a chance to see if we're a good fit.
Adelaide, South Australia but I source and negotiate properties Australia-wide.
I research, shortlist, inspect, negotiate and secure investment-grade properties on your behalf handling the process end-to-end.
Fees are discussed upfront during your strategy call and tailored to your situation, no surprises.
No, I work with everyday professionals at all stages of their investing journey.
Yes. Property investment isn't a conflict of interest under standard police conduct policy, but secondary employment and business interests can be property investing as an individual typically isn't classified that way. I'll always point you to your own department's policy to confirm, but this is territory I know well from personal experience.
Even better we build a strategy around growing your existing portfolio, not just your first purchase.
All of my purchase locations have extremely tight vacancy rates, meaning strong rental demand. I am yet to have a property that isn't tenanted within the first 4 weeks.
Sometimes my deals are off-market, meaning I don't have the normal competition due to me having strong relationships with local real estate agents in our target areas. I also have years in negotiation experience and am very aware what each property is worth due to data / comparable sale analysis.
I have a 39 point checklist that every property has to go through for me to even begin negotiating with the agent, this risk mitigates every purchase and I am focusing on data, not emotion.
We are busy people with our own lives, families, shift work, managing and dealing with your property probably isn't the best use of your time. Using a property manager is the best thing an investor can do. Their full time job is to look after, care for, and manage your property for you, and it's for a very small fee (which comes out of your rental income anyway). Leave everything to the professionals.

I pride myself on managing all the heavy lifting / time consuming tasks for the client, meaning they only have to assist where is absolutely necessary, this is to make it seamless while also keeping them fully updated and involved as they prefer.
I do have a service where I assist first home buyers and owner occupied clients who need help finding their own home to live in.
